GoodayOn aims to disrupt the traditional marketing industry in Ethiopia by positioning small and medium-sized businesses and gig workers for success.
GoodayOn's online marketing platform provides a digital presence for SMEs and independent gig workers to connect with employers easily and efficiently. It covers a wide range of services such as domestic help, tutors, nannies, painters, electricians, brokers, salesmen, and barbers and catering.
In addition to solving the problem of finding service providers, GoodayOn is a high social impact platform, creating market access for the large masses of gig workers who are in the low-economy class and often left out from the digital community.
Co-Founder Alem Abreha started the company after realizing the lack of digital presence and connectivity for high demand services was ripe for building a highly scalable platform. With over 50,000 downloads, 15,000 gig workers and 50,000 connections made over two years, the startup is well on its way to revolutionizing the service economy.
